postgres does not start after reboot

I've installed the PosgreSQL server (8.0) as Win32 service with help of
pg_ctl.exe. It's work fine. But before first rebooting only...
After rebooting, PosgreSQL does not run as service (as well as console
application) before the posmaster.id file
(in PG_DATA directory) will be deleted.
