PgUS recieves official public charity 501c3 status!

The United States PostgreSQL Association commonly known as PgUS has
received notification from the Internal Revenue Service of our
non-profit determination.

The IRS has concluded that donations to PgUS are deductible under
section 170 of the Code. PgUS is also qualified to receive tax
deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055,
2106 or 2522 of the Code. It was further determined that we are a Public
Charity and not a private foundation.
