postmaster starting
Execution of PostgreSQL
C:\apache2triad\pgsql\bin> by a user with administrative permissions
is not
permitted.
The server must be started under an unprivileged user ID to prevent
possible system security compromises. See the documentation for
more information on how to properly start the server.

Solution
1. Create a new user and make it a member only of the Users group
2. In Services set Log On for the PostgreSQL Service the newly created
user

On my pc it worked
