Hi,
when I'm trying to init my database (with initdb), it says me:

creating template1 database in /usr/share/postgresql/data//base/1... FATAL: semctl(17, 16,
SETVAL,536) failed: Invalid argument
initdb: failed
</shell>
I've this system configuration:
Windows XP Pro service Pack 1
Cygwin Package Information
Package Version Status
cygipc 2.02-1 OK
cygwin 1.5.6-1 OK
and postgresql 7.4.1
can someone explain me what I've to do to fix this ?
