Component: pgadmin | Version: 1.10

This will be usefull to fetch the PostgreSQL information from windows
registry once PG 9.0 is available in 64 bit.

Current stable version of wxWidgets does not support to read 64 bit
registry from 32 bit pgAdmin III and vice-a-versa.
