UNION elimina los registros duplicados producto de la unión de las consultas.
UNION ALL sencillamente suma los resultados de las consultas sin importar si hay duplicidad de registros.

Hola a todos, necesito realizar una consulta que me una resultados de diferentes tablas. Pudiera alguien decirme que diferencias hay entre utilizar UNION y UNION ALL???
