Fixed CLUSTER, worked on savepoints, added shared row locking, added shared dependency tracking, integrated autovacuum into the backend, added background workers, invented BRIN indexes, implemented some table partitioning DDL, added libpq pipeline mode, got MERGE and REPACK across the finish line, and helps running the project online infrastructure
