SPI_fname — Finds the attribute name for the
specified attribute
SPI_fname(tupdesc, fname)

Description
SPI_fname returns the attribute name
for the specified attribute.
Usage
Attribute numbers are 1 based.
Algorithm
Returns a newly-allocated copy of the attribute name.
