Sorry for writing to the list but I could not find an email address for
the person in charge of the archives ...

The search engine at http://archives.postgresql.org/ doesn't seem to be
working properly.

A simple search of the of the titles of the JDBC ML using the key word
"LOCK" or "lock" turns up 0 results. Whereas a search of "all sections"
using the same criteria return 35 matches, one of which as the following
title:

"LOCK TABLE oddness in PLpgSQL function called via JDBC"

This should have been returned by the search of the titles I would
think, no?

Thanks,

Jean-Christian Imbeault
