dificil ayudarte con tan poca informacion... todo lo que nos dices es
que otro proceso del servidor fallo y forzo un rollback en tu
transaccion...
quiza el log te pueda decir algo... busca en $PGDATA/pg_log/ por el
ultimo log y mira que mas te dice
que versio estas usando? si es <= 8.1.6 quiza debas actualizar...
quiza estes siendo afectado por un bug ya corregido
