ademas seria util la version de postgres, parece (por el formato de
las sentencias en el dump) alguna de las ramas del 7.x.x

si hubieras leido la documentacion
(http://www.postgresql.org/docs/8.1/static/app-pgrestore.html) habrias
visto esto:
