Were you subscribed to pgsql-general at the time? It might be sitting
in the moderator's to-approve-or-discard queue, if it came from an
unsubscribed address or hit one of the several other antispam filters
we have on these lists. (Though I'd have expected the list 'bot to
send you a notice telling you so, if it held your post for approval.)

Marc usually makes a run at the approval queue every couple days,
but I happen to know that he's a tad distracted at the moment due
to the arrival of a baby girl ... might be a few days before any
pending messages get approved ;-)
