I have decided to give it a try, and install pgAccess on my Mac (using the
pgsql-0.1 package for the database interface). Eventually, it lets me open
a connection, where I can specify host, port and database name.

I tried that, and it said that it can't authenticate me as user postgres.
Hey - but I didn't even ask to be user postgres. I want to connect as user
herouth, and my ident server is set up to authenticate me as herouth.

How do I set up the user to connect in pgAccess?

Herouth
