Can be two different sequences with one name ?

Hello
I have some strange situation with sequences.
For example: I need to use sequence 'seq_test' in database dbase2, but such
sequence already exist in database dbase1. If I create this by:
create sequence seq_test
(in database dbase2, for user dbase2), I see such error:
Relation 'seq_test' already exists
But this sequence already exist in _OTHER_ database!

Sequence name have to be unique for all databases, haven't it?..
