Hi,

If someone tries to download files via our FTP browser and the suggested
mirror hasn't synced yet, the visitor cannot download the file.

So... What I suggest it:

If the timestamp of the file is not older than 1 day, let's suggest main
FTP site, like sourceforge does, so that people won't get 404...

Any objections?
