I've checked in your version, but it is not clear where you got it from.
Please read the translation guide:

http://jdbc.postgresql.org/development/translation.html#translators

and in the future download the .po file from the jdbc website to make sure
you have the latest revision:

http://jdbc.postgresql.org/development/po/status.html

as you can see your just added translation is not complete because it was
based on an out of date .po file.
