Today, by chance, we were able to trigger a bug new to v7.0, dealing with
indices on system tables ...

Tom Lane quickly generated and applied patches for this, and we've created
a Release Candidate 5 based on these patches ...

This RC *requires* a complete dump/initdb/reload of your database
... without it, consider your database a ticking timebomb ...
