Has anyone looked into doing this with Majordomo+PostgreSQL? Be nice if
we could beat them to it, in so far as MySQL vs PostgreSQL is concerned...

You could join majordomo-workers and start working on the MySQL backend for
Majordomo2. It's on the TODO list but hasn't been written yet.
