Re: psql 7.2 AND 7.1.3 failing on Cygwin 1.3.9 pgsql 7.2

I meant the latest snapshot (sorry, should have said). Available from:
http://cygwin.com/snapshots/
Have just tried with:
cygwin1-20020222.dll.bz2
and had psql work for me.
