The latest version of pg_partman, 4.1.0, has been released and can be
downloaded from

https://github.com/pgpartman/pg_partman

Major new features include:

- Superuser is no longer required when doing native partitioning in PG10+.
It is still required for non-native, trigger-based partitioning or if you
require direct access to child tables, by-passing the parent table.

- Easily move data out of the default partition introduced in PG11 to the
proper child tables.

See CHANGELOG for full details on features and bug fixes.
