Re: BUG #16350: pgcenter expects postgresql12-libs on postgresql 11

Also, pgcenter RPM does not carry any specific dependency on a postgresql
libs package. It seems to me that you have postgresql12 yum repository
enabled which is causing pgcenter RPM to pull the latest postgresql lib
version. Perhaps, try installing the package with pgdg12 repository
disabled.
