Good day,

I want to ask about the TIMESTAMP(TZ) type limits. According to the dosc,
the minimum value is 4713 BC. It seems that I can insert a lower value than
4713-01-01 00:00:00 BC, for instance, 4714-11-24 00:00:00 BC. Could you
please confirm the limits we should refer to?
