Hi,

This may sound crazy to you. However, we're
looking into the possiblity of extracting the
encrypted password of a logon user from
a NIS+ client and pass it to our NIS+ server
via our application API. The idea is to allow
the server application to authenticate
against the user requesting the service.
Does anyone know of any way this can
be done? Any idea is welcomed! Thanks!

Leun
