I've tagged 1.10.4 in SVN. I don't expect us to do a community release
of this - the version will be used in the upcoming version of Postgres
Plus Advanced Server. I just wanted to have a unique version for my
own sanity, without the branching that we did last time around.
In the unlikely even that we do release another version from the 1.10
series, it'll be 1.10.5.
