RE: postgresql-tcl-7.03 requires libtcl8.0.so

Mandrake 7.2 includes tcl-8.3.2-4mdk. Make sure this is installed then, as
long as thats the only remaining dependency, install
postgresql-tcl-7.0.3-2mdk with --nodeps and all seems to work ;-)
