Just installed pgAdmin II and received no errors. I can connect to a database that I created from the command prompt on the database server but I cannot create a database properly from the pgadmin II client/workstation.
The database is created but it has a red X on the icon. Allow connections is Yes but connection status is inaccessible. I can create users without a problem.
