RE: Compilando postgres 8.3

segun tengo entendido tenes que usar lc-type = 'C'
y el paramatro para locale es sino me equivoco
--locale
creo que el default es utf8 quees incompatible con
LATIN1.
Ojo no estoy del todo seguro pero proba! :)
