We have a couple of research software engineering positions in our
group at Lawrence Berkeley National Labs, working in the area of
biological and biomedical ontologies. We're interested in candidates
strong in both database theory and database practice. For one project
we have a particular interest in candidates working in the zone between
semantic web technologies such as RDFS/OWL and relational database
systems such as PostgreSQL.

A good understanding of biology is a plus, but not
required. Statistics and data mining expertise is also a plus.

Email me if you're interested...
