Sorry for the last typos on the mail, I sent this at a very late time -.-'

Anyway I'd like to add to the report that although I couldn't get the
64driver to work with SSL, I was able to workaround the issue by
installing and using the 32bit version!

Notde: I had to reboot the machine to be able to see the driver on
ODBC 32bit after install, but from that all worked has expected!

For those who don't know how to open the 32bit verion of ODBC on a
64bit machine I suggest the following MS KB:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/942976

Short version:
Open odbc32 from --> %windir%\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe this will enable
you to add dsn using 32bit ODBC drivers, so Postgres Driver (non 64)
should show up!

The rest is the same, and I also noticed that if one selects
verify-full but not certs have been placed in the correct dirs, the
error message actually points to the dir where the driver expects the
files to be, which is in fact the same dir has it would be for pgadmin
(%APPDATA%)

I would still like to know If anyone had success with using the 64-bit
driver with SSL... or help get it fixed by testing a bit more!
But for now this is a working alternative so its nothing high priority!

Thanks!
