Pyrseas 0.6.1, a maintenance release of the framework for
upgrading/migrating a PostgreSQL database, has been posted. It is
available from:

The release includes the following changes/fixes:
* Add support for INSTEAD OF triggers on views.
* Eliminated yamltodb generation of spurious REVOKE/GRANT commands.
* Removed setuptools from setup.py install_requires.
Pyrseas supports PostgreSQL 8.4, 9.0, 9.1 and 9.2. The utilities
run under Python 2.6, 2.7, 3.2 or 3.3.
