Actually, heise is not just 'a german magazine', but one of the most
frequented german sites, run by the publisher Heise Verlag which
publishes some of most renowned computer magazines in Germany. When the
next c't magazine will arrive (Aug. 25), another million readers will
probably read about pgsql.
