To me it's implied by the doc at:
https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/static/runtime-config-logging.html#RUNTIME-CONFIG-LOGGING-CSVLOG

Assuming a real CSV parser tailing the log, there shouldn't be any trouble
with that.
