Email address: peter(at)integrix(dot)com(dot)au
PostgreSQL version: 9.4.0
Operating system: Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise
Description:
When launching the pgAdmin III application, it occassionally crashes on
startup.
Problem Event Name: APPCRASH

Application Version 1.20.0.99
Application Timestamp: 564d650c
Fault Module Name: wxbase28u_vc_custom.dll
I have screenshots of the error message available if required and
corresponding windows event log entry
Have tried uninstalling and re-installing the PostgreSQL application.
Installed 32 and 64 bit versions, as well as the older 9.3 version and all
had the same result.
Issue appears to now be intermittent, application sometimes starts correctly
and other times crashes
Let me know if further information is required
