The following bug has been logged on the website:

Bug reference: 13321
Logged by: Sathish .R
Email address: sathhish(at)hotmail(dot)com
PostgreSQL version: 9.4.1
Operating system: Windows 7 Professional
Description:

Hi,
After installing and creation of database in Postgresql, i have logged into
it through Sql Shell Script by giving -> localhost->database
name->5432->schema user name and password. Now facing problem while
executing Sql Shell Script like it ask for Localhost my input
as"localhost",DB Name as "postgres",port(PG_PORT) as 5432
,Username(PG_USERNAME) as schema name.after executing it says as " The
System cannot find the path specified Press any key to continue"

Why im getting this error?. Why it shows (PG_PORT) instead of 5432 and
(PG_USERNAME) instead of schema_name for ex finadmin.
Please revert back as soon as possible.
