Well, though I am not home, I have seen this failure from two different
wireless networks. Here are the technical details:
Technical Details
commitfest.postgresql.org uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided.
(Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)
This is with Firefox 11 on Ubuntu. Does this help?
