Folks,

It appears that the section on configuring ODBC on Windows is not
quite right, at least for Windows XP.

The FAQ says, "For Windows, use the ODBC Administrator in Control
Panel. Here you can add, modify, or delete data sources."

At least on XP, it should say something like "Go to Programs ->
Administrative Tools -> Data Sources and Add the PostgreSQL Unicode
driver."
