The following bug has been logged online:

Bug reference: 3664
Logged by: Maciej Szarlinski
Email address: mszarl(at)o2(dot)pl
PostgreSQL version: 8.2.5
Operating system: Windows XP SP 2
Description: CANNOT LOAD FROM FILE
Details:

Problem appears when I try to load a code from a file (with appropiate
extension .sql).
In terminal, I write '\i C:\...\file.sql' and then I've got message 'C::
Permission denied'.

I would be grateful if you could give me some solution to this problem.
