In order to remove a piece of hardware from mercury (the server that
pgfoundry.org resides on), we need to take the server down for an hour on
Thursday afternoon.
The server is schedualed to go down between 15:00 and 15:30 ADT, and we
hope to have it down for less an hour.
Sorry for both the inconvience, and short notice ...
