As of now, translators have the opportunity to commit their translations
themselves as the PgFoundry project at

http://pgfoundry.org/projects/pgtranslation/

Everyone who has previously worked on translations is invited to send me a
private email so I can add them to this project.

The plan is to eventually move the status tables and perhaps other related
things to that site as well. Since that hasn't happened yet, this site is
only useful for those who know how to merge PO files manually.

Additionally, it would be possible to manage translations for other projects
like JDBC there as well, if the maintainers are interested.

At release time (or beta time, etc.), the files in that repository will be
transferred to the release tarball in a manner to be determined.
