The spring conference of the Dutch Unix User Group (NLUUG) which is about
Open Source in Business.
The call for papers can be found here:
http://www.nluug.nl/events/vj04/cfp-en.html
I'm submitting a talk on extensibility for business, however,
it is pretty iffy whether I can to attend.
I encourage anyone more local to submit something on PostgreSQL
if possible.
