A while back I posted a message saying that I got MS
Access to connect to PostgreSQL via pgsqlODBC while
all of them were running together in Linux via
Crossover Office 2.0.

Although initial test results were very hopeful, I'm
finding that this setup is not reliable. There have
been many cases where MS Access would crash or would
not respond after PostgreSQL was done with its job.

I'm still hopeful for the future; but it's not ready
for any level of production use.

I look forward to seeing the native Windows port of
PostgreSQL. Will performance be comparable to Unix
versions?
