Hello,

I am using psqlodbc 7.02.00.05 on a w2k box, speaking
to a postgresql 7.3.2 database on a solaris 2.7 machine.
The Windows application is Cardiff's "Liquid Office Server".

The windows app successfully connects to the remote database.
The problem shows up when the solaris machine reboots,
after the initial connection has been made.
Once the solaris box is back up,
further attempts to use the database from the windows box
fail with the error "No response from the backend".
In order to get things working again, the windows box must be rebooted.

I really don't know if this is a pgsql-odbc problem,
but I would be grateful for any advice.

Thanks,
