Totally agree about Peter.
We were much better this time about getting doc updates with patches.
However, we do clearly have work to do. If we let it slide, we will
never come back to it later, I fear.
OK, people, you have Tom Lane's hard work here. Get cracking. I will
apply doc fixes as fast as I get them.
