6.4.1 HP-UX build problems

Finally found time to try compiling 6.4.1. Unfortunatley I did not get
very far.

$ ./configure --prefix=/data/pgtest
creating cache ./config.cache
checking host system type... hppa1.1-hp-hpux10.20
checking echo setting...
checking setting template to... hpux_cc
./configure[743]: conftest.sh: not found.

HP-UX 10.20. Obviously the default is to use HP's CC. I'll try with GCC
and report.
