pgSCV 0.7.0 released.

pgSCV is a Prometheus-compatible monitoring agent and metrics exporter for PostgreSQL environment. The goal of the project is to provide a single tool (exporter) for collecting metrics from PostgreSQL and related services.

New major features:

- Patroni support. pgSCV can auto-discover local Patroni services and expose corresponding metrics.
- TLS and Basic authorization. pgSCV can restrict access to metrics when working on public or untrusted networks.

For the rest of minor features and bug fixes checkout the [release](https://github.com/weaponry/pgscv/releases/tag/0.7.0) page.
