Yeah, pgAdmin always had issues with network interruptions. Dave worked
on this, which should have helped, but there may be some issues still
lurking around. More recently, Ashesh fixed an issue (3 weeks ago, so
not yet in a released version) on the reconnect option from the
pgAdmin's database browser.
