Should we move pre 8.1 to ftp-archives?

We are still shipping pre 8.1 in our FTP site. I think we should move
them to ftp-archives. We can keep 8.1.23 for a while more, though.

While on it, I think it is also time to move 9.0 beta tarballs to the
archives. Also, we keep more than 2 minor releases of a given major
version, like 8.4.{3,4,5,6}. We need to move old ones to the archives,
too.

Any objections?
