I would say, "Absolutely" but... Isn't a certification a bit of a
different beast. The questions (I think, maybe not) should be kept
closed to the breast.

Oh I agree with this. I think generally speaking you are right on with
the idea of getting everyone together like that.

Right. I think taking half a dozen of the "core" PostgreSQL + projects
(like PgAdmin etc..) and making running it as a team would be a great
idea.
