Hi,
I have downloaded postgis-setup-0.7.5-13.exe. I have Cygwin installed on my
system in d:\cygwin. When I run this .exe, I get a message saying "The file
cygwin1.dll not found in the system path. The folder c:\cygwin\bin has been
added to the path. Reboot now?"
I had installed cygwin from its binary. I have cygipc and Postgresql also
installed. The OS is Windows 2000.
How do I go about installing PostGIS from its precompiled binary ?
