Wanadoo was the only provider of aDSL until very recently. Some of us
don't have the luxury of choosing their ISP.
I have just signed with 9telecom and am waiting (like thousands of
others) to have my account activated. They are 15 EUR/$ cheaper per
month and they will soon be offering 1024 Mb aDSL for less that the 512
Mb I have now.
You can bet that at that price you will soon be blocking spam from their
domaine as well as Wanadoo...
Cheers
